Dave has 5+ years' experience successfully leading operations in a private equity operating company, and also a track record of achievement with full P&L responsibility exceeding $100M in annual revenue.

Through organic growth and acquisitions totaling >$3B, he has refined his negotiation and risk mitigation skills, and with a focus on efficient growth, his division achieved top-ranked incremental revenue per headcount that exceeded the company average by 40%.
